JetBlue Airways will open its first-ever airport lounges in late 2025 at New York's JFK Airport and Boston's Logan Airport as part of its JetForward strategy to attract premium travelers and boost profitability. The lounges, measuring 8,000 square feet at JFK and 11,000 square feet at Logan, will feature free food and beverages, private workspaces, and complimentary access for top-tier TrueBlue Mosaic members, premium credit cardholders, and transatlantic Mint customers. Day and annual passes will also be available for purchase. JetBlue aims to provide a premium experience similar to larger competitors like Delta, United, and American Airlines. This move marks a significant shift for the low-cost airline, which seeks to enhance its service offerings and differentiate itself in a competitive market.
