Luis Cruz Joins Dodgers as Radio Analyst

Luis Cruz, a former infielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers, has been hired as a color analyst for the team's Spanish-language radio broadcasts, set to begin in 2025. Cruz, who became a fan favorite during his 2012 season with the Dodgers, expressed excitement about returning to the organization, stating, 'Once you’re a Dodger, you’re always a Dodger.' He will join veteran announcers Pepe Yñiguez and José Mota on KTNQ 1020 AM, following the passing of longtime broadcaster Fernando Valenzuela. Cruz played a total of 123 games for the Dodgers and has continued his baseball career in Mexico, recently batting .288 in the Mexican Pacific Winter League.
