Raiders Release CB Jack Jones After Failed Trade

The Las Vegas Raiders have released cornerback Jack Jones after attempts to trade him were unsuccessful. Originally claimed off waivers from the New England Patriots in 2023, Jones initially made a strong impact but struggled in 2024, allowing nine touchdowns and a 108.9 passer rating against him. His release will save the Raiders $3.4 million on their salary cap.
