Kansas State Basketball Teams Add Transfers, Staff

Kansas State's basketball programs are making significant changes ahead of the 2025-26 season. The women's team has added Duke transfer Jenessa Cotton, a former top-80 recruit, as part of a strong incoming class and several transfers to compensate for departures due to graduation and the transfer portal. On the men's side, Bowling Green forward Marcus Johnson, who averaged 16.2 points and 5 rebounds last season, is visiting and could strengthen K-State's frontcourt if he commits. Head coach Jerome Tang has also hired Chase Driscoll, formerly of North Florida, as director of video and analytics to replace outgoing staff.
