Previously, Hancock served as EVP and Head of A&R at Columbia Records, working with artists like Dove Cameron and Maren Morris. Her extensive experience includes signing chart-toppers at RCA Records and producing the Golden Globe-nominated soundtrack for 'The United States vs. Billie Holiday' during her tenure at Sire Records. Kobalt CEO Laurent Hubert praised Hancock's focus on songwriters and her leadership acumen, while Kobalt President Jeannette Perez highlighted her deep understanding of the evolving music landscape.
