Disney Plans Major Overhaul of Parks, Attractions in U.S.

Disney parks are set for significant changes over the next two years, with the introduction of new attractions and the end of virtual queue systems for popular rides. Starting February 25, 2025, EPCOT will transition to traditional standby lines for the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Tiana's Bayou Adventure, allowing guests more flexibility in planning their visits. Concurrently, the beloved Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is undergoing its most extensive refurbishment since its opening in 1980, with plans for new track installation and structural enhancements.
