The FBI, along with the Nelson County Sheriff's Office, is conducting searches at a property on Whitesides Road in Nelson County, Kentucky, in the ongoing investigation of Crystal Rogers, who has been missing since 2015. This search, prompted by new tips, is connected to the Houck family, particularly Brooks Houck, who is charged with Rogers' murder. Although no remains have been found as of late Wednesday, the search is expected to continue through Thursday. The property in question was previously owned by family members of Brooks and Nick Houck, the latter having been fired from the Bardstown police for interfering in the investigation. Alongside Brooks, two other men, Steven and Joseph Lawson, face charges related to the case. The investigation has seen multiple searches over the years, but this is the first time this specific property has been examined.
