Ras Al Khaimah has been recognized as the world's top destination for expatriates, securing the number one position in the Expat Essentials Index by InterNations, which surveyed 53 cities globally. The Index evaluates factors such as ease of obtaining visas, housing affordability, availability of digital services, and integration without local language proficiency. Ras Al Khaimah not only topped the overall index but also ranked second in the Working Abroad category and fifth for Ease of Settling In. According to Heba Fatani, Director General of RAKGMO, this achievement underscores the emirate's commitment to fostering a welcoming environment for its diverse expat community. The emirate is noted for its rich history and modern infrastructure, making it an attractive location for living and business. The results reflect the collaborative efforts of public and private sectors to enhance Ras Al Khaimah's appeal as a thriving global hub.
