Cincinnati Reds Re-Sign Alex Young on Minor League Deal

The Cincinnati Reds have re-signed left-handed reliever Alex Young to a minor league deal with an invitation to Spring Training. Young, who had a strong performance with the Reds in 2023 with a 3.67 ERA over 63 games, made only three appearances in 2024 before being traded to the San Francisco Giants. After a brief stint with the Giants, he ended the 2024 season with the New York Mets, where he recorded a 3.29 ERA in 14 games.
