The Armed Forces Festival in Lucknow, inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, showcased India's military strength and advancements in defense technology, including displays of tanks, artillery, and live combat demonstrations. The event aimed to inspire youth to consider careers in the armed forces, highlighting the state’s commitment to soldier welfare and employment opportunities in the defense sector. Over 8,000 attendees experienced exhibitions from all three military branches, interactive exhibits, and performances by the Indian Navy's band. In a separate initiative, the Indian Air Force launched a comic book to educate children about military careers. This festival aligns with Prime Minister Modi's vision of an integrated command within the Armed Forces, reinforcing national pride and unity.
