Manager Nuno Espirito Santo emphasizes the importance of team bonding through shared meals, accompanied by a strict rule against interrupting him during lunch. Club captain Ryan Yates noted that the improvements have made the academy unrecognizable compared to its state when the club was promoted to the Premier League.
