Sean Kingston, Mother Indicted for Federal Wire Fraud

Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, have been indicted for wire fraud, facing charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and five counts of wire fraud. They allegedly defrauded victims of over $1 million in high-end vehicles, jewelry, and other luxury goods, using fraudulent documents and false claims of bank wire transfers. Arrested in May after a SWAT raid, both could face up to 20 years in prison per count if convicted. Their scheme reportedly included stealing nearly $500,000 in jewelry, over $200,000 from Bank of America, and more. Kingston has a history of similar allegations, while Turner has prior convictions for bank fraud.
