TD Five Boro Bike Tour Returns May 4

Over 32,000 cyclists from around the world will take part in the 47th Annual TD Five Boro Bike Tour on Sunday, beginning at 7:30 a.m. in Lower Manhattan and finishing at St. George Terminal in Staten Island. The 40-mile, non-competitive event winds through all five boroughs, offering a car-free experience with music, local food, and entertainment along the route. Organizers emphasize the tour’s diverse, community-oriented spirit. Major street closures will affect Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island until 6 p.m., and the public is encouraged to use mass transit. Registration for this year's ride is closed, but sign-up for next year is available. The event also supports multiple charities through participant-driven fundraising.
