Richa Ghosh Out for ODIs Against New Zealand

The series is set to take place in Ahmedabad on October 24, 27, and 29, with Harmanpreet Kaur continuing as captain despite criticism following India's disappointing exit from the T20 World Cup. The squad features four new players: Sayali Satghare, Saima Thakor, Priya Mishra, and Tejal Hasabnis, all earning their first call-ups. Asha Sobhana is also unavailable due to injury, while Pooja Vastrakar is rested. Ghosh, who debuted at 16, has played 23 ODIs and 59 T20Is for India. The changes come as the team looks to regroup after a tough season marked by early tournament exits.
