Netflix Renews XO, Kitty for Third Season

Netflix has officially renewed the popular YA series XO, Kitty for a third season, following the success of Season 2 which premiered on January 16, 2025, and garnered 14.2 million views in its opening week. The show, a spinoff of the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise, will continue to explore the romantic adventures of Kitty Song Covey as she embarks on a summer tour with Min Ho and navigates her life at the Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS). Showrunner Jessica O’Toole expressed excitement about the new season, promising to resolve the cliffhanger left at the end of Season 2 and to include the series' first summer episode, filled with romance and friendship. The renewal announcement coincided with Valentine's Day, adding to the celebratory atmosphere for fans. Season 2's success also led to the resurgence of Season 1 and the original film in Netflix's Top 10 lists. Further details about Season 3 will be revealed in due course.
