Six Arrested After Man Stabbed to Death in Leicester House

A man in his 30s was found stabbed to death inside a house on Sawley Street in Leicester, prompting a murder investigation. Police were called by the East Midlands Ambulance Service in the early hours of Sunday, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, and five others aged between 24 and 53 have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender; all six remain in custody. The victim and the suspect in custody were known to each other, and police are conducting extensive inquiries including CCTV review, house-to-house enquiries, and forensic examinations.
