Authorities Seek Two Teens and Two Abducted Kids

Authorities in California are seeking public assistance in locating two missing teenagers from Oakland and two young children abducted by their parents in Los Angeles. Jeremiah Lockett (13), missing since August 4, and Marsir Robinson (15), missing since August 13, are both being sought by Oakland police. In a separate incident, 2-year-old Willow and 4-year-old Wyman Bryant were taken by their parents, Tiffany Bryant and David James, during a supervised visit on August 14 in Los Angeles. The children, previously placed in foster care, were last seen in a brown Buick Enclave SUV. Authorities are concerned for the children's well-being, citing the parents' ability to live off-grid. An Amber Alert has been issued for Willow and Wyman, while Oakland police continue to seek information on Jeremiah and Marsir.
