Kevin Franke Files Malpractice Suit Against Convicted Therapist Jodi Hildebrandt

Kevin Franke, ex-husband of family vlogger Ruby Franke, has filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Jodi Hildebrandt, a licensed therapist and business partner of Ruby. Franke alleges Hildebrandt misrepresented herself as a psychologist and engaged in negligent, deceitful practices that included misdiagnoses and harmful mental health treatments, which contributed to the collapse of his marriage and estrangement from his children. Both Hildebrandt and Ruby Franke were convicted of aggravated child abuse and are serving lengthy prison sentences for subjecting the Franke children to severe physical and emotional abuse, including malnourishment and forced labor in extreme conditions, motivated by religious extremism. The lawsuit claims Hildebrandt exploited her trusted position to manipulate Franke, isolating him from his family and providing advice detrimental to his interests.
