Mountain Dew has released a teaser for its upcoming Super Bowl LIX commercial featuring singer Becky G, which showcases the brand's Baja Blast flavor. In the 15-second clip, Becky G joins the character Mountain Dude on a rafting adventure, humorously contemplating whether to bring in a 'big guy' after witnessing a lackluster performance from a group of barking seals. This marks a continuation of Mountain Dew's strategy to promote Baja Blast, which has recently been made available in stores nationwide, celebrating its 20th anniversary. The ad, created by Goodby Silverstein & Partners, reflects the brand’s playful spirit, with Becky expressing her excitement for the collaboration and the fun energy it brings. Super Bowl LIX will be the seventh time Mountain Dew has advertised during the event, building on last year's successful campaign with Aubrey Plaza. The commercial is set to air on February 9, 2025, during the game.
