Hwang In-Yeop is confirmed to make a special appearance in the upcoming K-drama 'Dear X', starring Kim Yoo-Jung and Kim Young-Dae, set to premiere in 2025. The series, based on a popular webtoon, follows Baek Ah-Jin, a celebrated actress whose rise to fame is marred by manipulation, leading to her downfall. Hwang In-Yeop will portray Heo In-Kang, a successful idol-turned-actor struggling with deep insecurities and burnout, whose encounter with Baek Ah-Jin catalyzes his transformation. The drama will be directed by Lee Eung Bok, renowned for previous hits like 'Sweet Home' and 'Guardian: The Lonely and Great God'. Other cast members include Kim Do-Hoon and Lee Yul-Eum, contributing to the show's diverse narrative. Hwang In-Yeop is also set to star in another upcoming drama, 'Family By Choice'.
