Lord Sugar urges UK workers to return to office

Lord Alan Sugar, star of BBC's The Apprentice, has called for all workers, particularly apprentices, to return to the office, emphasizing the importance of in-person interaction for learning and professional development. He stated, "They've got to get their bums back into the office," criticizing the work-from-home culture that has proliferated since the Covid pandemic. Lord Sugar acknowledged exceptions for software engineers and disabled individuals but insisted that most young people have become too comfortable working remotely. He also expressed his strong disapproval of using artificial intelligence in job applications, labeling it as 'cheating.' Additionally, he shared his views on Brexit, calling it the 'biggest disaster' of his lifetime and suggesting that rejoining the EU could benefit the UK. His comments come as he promotes the new series of The Apprentice.
