The company plans to rebrand as FG Nexus Inc. to reflect its new focus on Ethereum blockchain technologies, with new ticker symbols expected soon. Key strategic partners include prominent digital asset firms such as Galaxy Digital, Kraken, Hivemind Capital, and Digital Currency Group, with Galaxy Digital playing a central role as a strategic advisor overseeing asset management and infrastructure support. Leadership for the digital asset business includes CEO Maja Vujinovic and President Theodore Rosenthal, with former TD Ameritrade CEO Joe Moglia joining as Executive Advisor.
