The company, which offered lavish tents with amenities such as hot tubs, spas, and bars, informed customers that it had not purchased any festival tickets on their behalf and that no refunds would be provided, advising them to seek refunds through credit card issuers or the liquidation process. Glastonbury Festival organizers confirmed they had no affiliation with Yurtel and that the company had not paid for any tickets for the 2025 festival, emphasizing that they hold no responsibility for Yurtel's services. Many customers expressed devastation and frustration online, particularly as Yurtel reportedly did not accept credit card payments, requiring bank transfers instead, complicating refund efforts.
