Fatal Crash Kills One, Injures Three on US-131 Grand Rapids

A deadly crash occurred early Wednesday morning on northbound U.S. 131 near Leonard Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan, involving a van, a disabled pickup truck, and a semi-tractor trailer. The van struck the unoccupied stalled pickup truck in the center lane and was subsequently hit by the semi-truck. The van driver, a 35-year-old man, died at the scene, and three passengers were seriously injured, with one ejected from the vehicle.
