Schmigadoon! Limited Broadway Run in 2026

The musical Schmigadoon!, adapted from the Apple TV+ series by Cinco Paul, will play a limited Broadway engagement at the Nederlander Theatre in 2026, with previews beginning April 4, an opening night on April 20, and a scheduled run through Sept. 6. The production, produced by Lorne Michaels after a Kennedy Center run in early 2025, features a book and an Emmy-winning score by Cinco Paul that expands season-one songs with new numbers. Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli is directing and choreographing, and the full Broadway cast and creative team have not yet been announced. Tickets go on sale Oct. 15, and producers pointed to the Kennedy Center staging and positive reception as the reason for the Broadway transfer.
