In Geneva, New York, Goodwill inaugurated its first store in the city, located in a remodeled 14,000-square-foot former Tops Friendly Markets site, marking its 14th store in the region; proceeds support local programs such as workforce development and crisis lifelines. Similarly, in Killeen, Texas, Heart of Texas Goodwill opened a 24,000+ square-foot facility combining retail space with a Community Connect center that offers free education, employment services, and digital literacy programs, highlighting the organization's commitment to workforce upskilling and community support. Plans are also underway in Brookville, Ohio, where a former Rite Aid drugstore is being considered for conversion into a Goodwill retail location, pending permit approval.
