Tanuj Virwani recently discussed his breakup with Akshara Haasan, daughter of Kamal Haasan, after a four-year relationship, which was strained by the leak of private photos of Akshara. In an interview, Tanuj expressed that he has lost respect for Akshara due to her failure to support him during the controversy, stating, "Sometimes when you lose respect for your partner... then I may forgive but not forget." He emphasized that the leaked photos were not the direct cause of their breakup but highlighted the need for mutual support in a relationship. Tanuj also revealed that his wife, Tanya Jacob, had inquired about his past with Akshara early in their relationship, and he had been honest about the situation. Despite the challenges, he mentioned that he is happy in his current life and relationship. Tanuj will be appearing in upcoming films including 'Murshid' and 'Johnny Jumper'.
