He is described as a Black male with medium-length afro-style hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing around 140 pounds, last seen in a gray hoodie with red, black, and white writing. The shooting reportedly stemmed from a disagreement between Jones and the victim. Police are urging anyone with information on Jones or the incident to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
