Meanwhile, in Delaware County, Ohio, police are searching for 22-year-old Bruno Vasquez Munguia, who is considered armed and dangerous after a fatal shooting early Sunday morning on Norton-Waldo Road. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunshots at around 3 a.m., and upon arrival, found a male victim dead.
