The victim was attacked after leaving a crowd of approximately 200 people to use the nearby sand dunes, where an unknown man struck her multiple times and sexually assaulted her, resulting in severe facial injuries. Police describe the assailant as dark-skinned, slim, and between 170 to 177 cm tall. This reward marks the first time the state government has offered financial incentives for information about a sexual assault case, and authorities believe it could prompt someone with knowledge to step forward.
