Texas A&M Softball Trio Earns Multiple National Honors

Texas A&M's softball program saw multiple players earn significant honors following the 2025 season. Freshman KK Dement was named to the All-American Freshman Team after a standout season with 16 home runs and a .335 batting average, showing dominance particularly in SEC tournament play. Meanwhile, Mac Barbara and Mya Perez received NFCA All-America Second Team honors, with Perez breaking a 43-year program record for RBIs and ranking highly nationally in on-base percentage and slugging. On the golf front, Texas A&M's women's trio, including Hailee Cooper, qualified to compete at the prestigious 80th U.S. Women's Open, marking significant milestones for each player. The men's golf team also celebrated success, with three members recognized on the PING All-Central Region Team, highlighted by Maichon's runner-up finish at the NCAA Championship, the highest ever for an Aggie. These achievements underscore Texas A&M's strength across multiple sports as they head into the offseason.
