Police seek suspect in sexual assault of 12-year-old in Philadelphia's Wissahickon

The assault occurred around 11:24 a.m. on the 200 block of East Salaignac Street, where the suspect allegedly lured the girl into his vehicle, a white SUV, likely a 2018 Kia Sorento. The suspect is described as being between 35 to 40 years old, wearing a gray and black checkered hooded sweatshirt, dark pants with a white emblem, and white sneakers.
