Despite allegations of residency violations, investigators found no substantial evidence of such misconduct. White's leadership roles within the council have been stripped since his arrest in August on federal bribery charges. The council's Ad Hoc Committee is set to deliberate on potential actions, including expulsion, at their upcoming meeting. Trayon White has not participated in the investigation and has declined to comment on the findings.
