Minor Hotels Plans Major Expansion Across Asia

Minor Hotels is set to expand its NH Hotels & Resorts brand with the opening of the NH Bangkok Asoke on March 1, 2025, marking its second NH property in Bangkok. Located near key transport hubs and attractions, the hotel will feature 95 modern rooms, a rooftop pool, and diverse dining options, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, Minor Hotels plans to introduce its Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand to Mexico with the Tivoli Mérida Residences, slated for early 2027, enhancing its footprint in Latin America. The five-star residence will include 69 private units along with various amenities, revitalizing a historic site. Minor Hotels anticipates robust demand and is targeting double-digit expansion in Asia for 2025, with plans for at least 10 new openings and a strong development pipeline.
