Zendaya and New Cast Join Spider-Man Filming

Tom Holland and Zendaya, now engaged, are both reprising their roles as Peter Parker and MJ in Marvel's Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with Zendaya frequently seen visiting Holland on set in London and Glasgow. Filming in Glasgow has been extended until August 26, featuring large-scale action scenes and citywide road closures that have drawn significant attention from locals. The cast is joined by newcomers Sadie Sink and Jon Bernthal, and the film is scheduled for a summer 2026 release. The Glasgow city center has been transformed to resemble New York, complete with NYPD vehicles and yellow taxis. The movie will focus on Peter Parker balancing university life with his superhero responsibilities. Additionally, Holland and Zendaya are set to co-star in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film, The Odyssey.
