Authorities have identified 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus of Twentynine Palms as the suspect responsible for a bombing at the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, which killed him and injured four others. The FBI classified the explosion as an intentional act of terrorism, with Bartkus reportedly expressing anti-natalism views and posting rambling online writings about his opposition to reproduction. The blast caused significant damage to the clinic but spared the offsite IVF lab and stored embryos. Officials noted that the bombing was one of the largest in Southern California in recent years, with a debris field extending several blocks. Although forensic testing is ongoing to confirm the identity of the deceased suspect, authorities stated they are not actively searching for anyone else and emphasized there is no further threat to the community.
