Reed Hastings Transitions to Non-Executive Chairman Role at Netflix

Reed Hastings, co-founder of Netflix, is stepping down from his position as executive chairman to become chairman of the board and a non-executive director, a move described as part of the company's ongoing leadership succession planning.
