Aston Martin Unveils First Ultra-Luxury Tokyo Residence

Aston Martin has expanded its luxury brand beyond automobiles by unveiling its first ultra-luxury private residence, N°001 Minami Aoyama, in Tokyo's prestigious Omotesandō neighborhood. Developed in partnership with Japanese real estate developer VIBROA Inc., the four-story townhouse features bespoke design elements inspired by Aston Martin's automotive craftsmanship, including an 'automotive gallery' garage with adaptive lighting and views of the cars from the living areas. The residence spans 724 square meters and includes amenities such as a gym, wine cellar, golf simulator, private spa, sauna, and a rooftop terrace with a kitchen and green roof offering views of Tokyo Tower. The exterior is notable for its vertically aligned metal louvers that provide dynamic lighting effects throughout the day and privacy. The interior is equipped with a Bowers & Wilkins sound system and high-end bespoke finishes, reflecting Aston Martin's commitment to luxury living. This project continues Aston Martin's diversification into luxury real estate, complementing its previous developments like the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and interior designs in the UAE.
