InCred Group, an Indian financial services firm, has acquired Arrow Capital (DIFC) Limited, a boutique financial services firm based in Dubai, to enhance its presence in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2016, Arrow Capital specializes in wealth management and investment advisory for ultra-high net worth clients, which aligns with InCred's strategy to broaden its global capabilities in these areas. Following the acquisition, InCred Global Wealth will manage assets exceeding $2 billion, significantly boosting its operational scale. Bhupinder Singh, CEO of InCred, emphasized that the acquisition represents a key milestone in the firm's journey to become a global leader in diversified financial services. Rohit Nanani, CEO of Arrow Capital, noted the exciting opportunity to leverage their combined strengths for client benefit.
