Skechers Opens Flagship Store in Prague

Skechers has recently expanded its retail presence with the opening of a new store in Kozhikode, Kerala, marking its third outlet in the city. The 1,503 sq. ft. store, located in Lulu International Shopping Mall, coincided with the brand's Community Goal Challenge, which included a 1,000-kilometer run and a donation of 100 pairs of shoes to the PT Usha Foundation. In addition, Skechers launched a flagship store in Prague, Czech Republic, on the busy Na Příkopě street, adding to its eight locations in the country. This 596 sq. m. store features modern design elements and a variety of footwear and apparel, emphasizing sustainability through the use of biopolymer materials. Skechers has seen significant growth in Europe, with a reported 30% increase in sales in the EMEA region for Q3 2024, driven by its expanding customer base. The company continues to focus on connecting its products with consumers through strategically located retail destinations.
