Dolphins Place TE Darren Waller on IR, Promote Greg Dulcich to Active Roster

The Miami Dolphins have placed star tight end Darren Waller on injured reserve due to a pectoral injury sustained during their Week 7 loss to the Cleveland Browns, which will sideline him for at least four weeks. Waller, who had already missed earlier games this season with a hip injury, has struggled with injuries throughout 2025 but had managed to score four touchdowns in four games before this setback. To fill the void, Miami promoted tight end Greg Dulcich from the practice squad to the active roster; Dulcich, a 2022 third-round pick by the Denver Broncos, has shown promise and will now have an opportunity to contribute more significantly. The Dolphins also added Chris Myarick to their practice squad to bolster tight end depth.
