Fires Destroy Homes in Everett, Naples, Lake of Bays

A fire at a home under construction in Everett is currently under investigation, following surveillance footage showing a man running from the scene just before the flames erupted. The Everett Fire Department has not yet determined whether the fire was suspicious, although two additional structures sustained minor damage. In East Naples, a fire destroyed a home that was reportedly being used as a homeless camp, with the homeowner's son suspecting a squatter may have started the blaze. Firefighters successfully rescued a person trapped inside the burning building, who is now receiving medical attention. Meanwhile, a separate incident in Lake of Bays resulted in a two-story home suffering over a million dollars in damage, with officials ruling the cause accidental. Lastly, an electrical fire in Chattanooga caused significant damage but was quickly contained with no injuries reported among the residents.
