Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory have released their new single 'Trouble', which serves as the final preview of their self-titled debut album set to be released on February 7 via Jagjaguwar. The song explores the complexities of loving someone with opposing views and the challenges of sharing deep personal narratives when faced with differing beliefs. Van Etten's ethereal vocals are complemented by an infectious bassline and lush synths, creating an atmospheric sound. Accompanying the single is a video directed by Susu Laroche, filmed during the album's recording sessions. The band will embark on a tour starting in early February, which will include European dates in March. 'Trouble' follows their previously released singles 'Afterlife' and 'Southern Life (What It Must Be Like).
