San Diego FC signs Danish winger Anders Dreyer

San Diego FC has signed Danish winger Anders Dreyer as their second-ever Designated Player ahead of their inaugural MLS season, securing him on a three-year contract through 2027 for a reported fee of nearly $5 million. Sporting director Tyler Heaps praised Dreyer, highlighting his ability to contribute goals and his experience at high levels of European football. Dreyer joins Mexican star Chucky Lozano as a key figure in San Diego's attack, which also features Danish striker Marcus Ingvartsen and USMNT midfielder Luca de la Torre. The 26-year-old has an impressive track record, including 31 goals and 23 assists during his time in the Belgian Pro League with Anderlecht.
