Harry Styles' Hampstead Mansion Renovation Approved

Harry Styles has been granted permission to undertake a significant renovation project on his £30 million Grade II-listed mansion in Hampstead, North London. The plans include restoring the property to its original design, adding a new floor, basement cinema, pool, sauna, gym, and additional bedrooms and bathrooms. However, Styles must fulfill stringent environmental conditions set by Barnet Council, such as installing bat boxes, insect hotels, hedgehog gateways, and log piles to accommodate local wildlife. The project has a start deadline of May, after which missing it would require costly surveys. Despite these conditions, the project aims to create a high-quality dwelling befitting one of Hampstead’s prominent homes. Styles' mansion is expected to take over two years to complete, with contractors ensuring minimal disruption to the neighborhood.
