Three Arrested in Tampa Rapper Murder Case

Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the gang-related murder of rapper Julio Foolio, also known as Charles Jones, who was shot and killed on June 23 while celebrating his 26th birthday in Tampa, Florida. Alicia Andrews, Isaiah Chance Jr., and Sean Gathright face charges of premeditated first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder, while two additional suspects, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy, remain at large. The investigation revealed that the suspects traveled from Jacksonville to Tampa to carry out the murder as part of an ongoing feud involving rival gangs, specifically targeting Jones due to his affiliation with the 6 Block gang. Security footage captured the ambush, showing gunmen opening fire on Jones's vehicle, injuring three others in the process. Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw emphasized the city's commitment to prosecuting individuals involved in such violent disputes. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to search for the Murphys.
