Concerned by her lack of response to subsequent messages, her parents located her using the photo and found her fatally injured. Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Biggs confirmed her injuries were consistent with a trampling, noting severe liver damage due to blunt force trauma, likely caused by a single cow.
