Destiny 2, Star Wars Collaboration Launches with Heresy

Destiny 2 is launching its final episode of the Light and Darkness Saga, titled 'Heresy', on February 4, 2025, which will feature a significant Star Wars collaboration. Players will gain access to Star Wars-inspired armor ornaments, including Stormtrooper outfits for Titans, Death Trooper armor for Hunters, and Royal Guard attire for Warlocks. Additional Star Wars-themed items include a Death Star-inspired Ghost Shell and other accessories available for purchase in the Eververse Store. The game will also see the return of the Dreadnaught, a Hive ship with new challenges and a mission to combat the Taken corruption. The Heresy update introduces 'The Nether', a new activity where players must disable the Dreadnaught's internal weapons. This collaboration is part of Bungie's efforts to enhance player experience through unique thematic integrations, following previous collaborations with franchises like The Witcher and Assassin's Creed.
