Texas A&M Softball Opens Seven-Game Fall Schedule Including Home Series

Texas A&M softball has announced a seven-game fall schedule, featuring six home games at Davis Diamond starting with a matchup against Louisiana-Monroe. Parking and admission are free for all home games, with varying concessions policies depending on the opponent; fans can bring outside food and drinks for some games but not others. The Aggies, returning 16 players from their successful 2025 squad that won the SEC Tournament, will also play Baylor, McLennan, Texas State, Temple College, Sam Houston, and have a single road game at Texas. Additionally, Youngstown State softball will host an individual showcase camp on November 22, which includes sessions in various positions and showcase games with NCAA coaches in attendance. Meanwhile, Texas A&M's football team is gaining recognition as a College Football Playoff contender, recently achieving notable wins and projected to host Indiana in the first round, marking a promising season for both their softball and football programs.
