Cooper Flagg Leads 13 Invited to 2025 NBA Draft Green Room

Thirteen prospects have been invited to the green room for the 2025 NBA draft at the Barclays Center, headlined by Duke's Cooper Flagg, the projected No. 1 pick and national college player of the year. The initial group also includes notable players such as Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey, VJ Edgecombe, and several others, with an additional 10-12 invites expected to be sent out later. Invitations are determined through votes by team presidents and general managers who select the top 25 players expected to be drafted early, ensuring those players do not wait long before being called during the televised event. Receiving an invitation is generally a positive sign for a player's draft stock, although some invitees have historically fallen to the second round. The draft will maintain its two-night format, with the first round on June 25 and the second round on June 26. Players nominated to the green room can bring six guests and will await their selection alongside family and agents, with commissioner Adam Silver announcing the picks.
